Job Purpose:
The Structure Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling all structural construction and installation activities at the project site. The role ensures the work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor structural works, including fabrication and erection of steel structures.
- Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality and progress.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project engineer/manager.
- Identify and resolve any technical or site issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and company HSE policies.
- Support quality control teams during inspections and ensure punch list clearance.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure construction and erection.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings and structural standards.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams at the site.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Transferable Iqama (Mandatory).
- India National only (Transfer).
