Assigned QA/QC Project Site Manager/Engineers/Inspectors shall be given authority and independence to perform their roles effectively. Their responsibility is to ensure that customer’s requirements are strictly adhered to and the authority to hold any operation to ensure compliance with the applicable documents for the project such as statutory and regulatory requirements, industry standards and customer specific standard requirements.

In matters affecting the quality workmanship, materials supplied, fabricated and installed, the Project QA/QC Manager or his designs shall not be overruled by the Construction Manager or the Project Manager. When conflict arises between QA/QC Project Site personnel or his designs and other departments relative to the integrity of quality inspection affecting the customer’s requirement, the matter shall be brought to the attention for immediate resolution and appropriate action with the Project Manager and Project QA/QC Manager and when necessary, the Project & Estimation General Manager.

Our Company’s Project QA/QC Department is well organized and independent in performing its duties and responsibilities to implement in full compliance the requirements of QA/QC Program and QC Plan to the satisfaction of our customers.

All employees involved in the project shall be aware of this Quality Program / Quality Plan, and must adhere to the stated requirements.
